Andy MoninVendormate, Chairman of the Board
As Chairman, President, and CEO of Vendormate, Mr. Monin is responsible for the overall strategic direction and vision of the organization. Prior to founding Vendormate, Mr. Monin co-founded BroadSource, a telecommunications expense management software and solutions company that raised nearly $8M in private placement and venture capital funding through 2004. Mr. Monin served as Chairman of the Board and successfully led the company’s sales efforts, as the company became a member of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) incubator. In January of 2005, the Technology Association of Georgia named BroadSource one of Georgia’s Top 40 Most Innovative Companies. Prior to BroadSource Mr. Monin held various sales and marketing positions for global telecommunications companies Cable and Wireless and MCI. Mr. Monin received a BA in Political Science from Clemson University.
Hart WillifordIngenious Med, Chief Executive Officer
Hart Williford recently took the reins as CEO of Ingenious Med, the inpatient practice management experts. Mr. Williford formerly served as Senior Vice-President Operations for Memorial Health, one of the largest hospitals in Savannah. Earlier in his career, Mr. Williford served as President of Morris Technology, a high technology company automating the Broadcast and Media industries as well as EVP of worldwide sales for Kirchman Corporation, a leading provider of banking software and services, and President of H.O. Systems until the company was acquired by VeriSign. Mr. Williford serves on several boards including the advisory board of Savannah Economic Development Authority, Memorial Medical Center, the School of Information Technology at Georgia Southern University, and the Savannah Technical College Foundation. Active in the Savannah community, Mr. Williford is a past chairman of the Savannah Music Festival board.
Mark OlineFitch Ratings, Managing Director of Corporate Finance Americas
Mark Oline is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Corporate Finance Group at Fitch Ratings, an international bond rating agency. Mark is responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 100 analysts that is responsible for all of Fitch's corporate rating and research activities in North and Latin America. Mark received a B.S. in International Economics from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He also received an MM from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, with honors, completing a double major in Finance and International Business.

Mark Buffington is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Buckhead Investment Partners, LLC (BIP) and a seasoned early stage investor. BIP is a Registered Investment Advisor that currently manages over $70 million in assets. The company provides high net worth investors and institutions with a unique blend of investment advice, combining passive public market investing with active participation in the private companies in which BIP invests. Mark currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ingenious Med , Inc., Vendormate, Inc., and Qoil Technologies, Inc. Prior to forming BIP, Mark managed Peachtree Financial Management and Phoenix Capital, LLC two companies that he founded for the purpose of helping high net worth investors build wealth. Mark also has a background in commercial credit, working as an underwriter for Citibank in the late ‘90s.
Howard MorrisonTechnology Entrepreneur
Howard Morrison’s banking career spanned nearly 30 years including being the chief financial officer of the NYSE listed Citizens and Southern Realty Investors (Southmark Properties) and helping to develop the C&S Bank’s (now Bank of America’s) High Technology Banking Group. Mr. Morrison serves on the boards of Digitel Corporation and Quadrant Financial Corporation, an affiliate of First Chatham Bank. Mr. Morrison co-founded Lansera Group and its subsidiary, Energy Launch Partners, with Ross Harding, to identify and commercialize the latest technologies specifically in the areas of biomass to energy and water conservation. Mr. Morrison is a board member of numerous technology and education organizations, including the Georgia Tech Research Corporation, Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation and Georgia Tech Ireland, Georgia Southern University’s Allen E. Paulsen College of Science and Technology, and Savannah State University’s College of Science and Technology.
Shawn WelchMidtown Capital Advisors, Managing Partner
Shawn Welch, is the founder and managing partner of the private equity investment firm, Midtown Capital Advisors LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Midtown Capital seeks to make investments in growth companies with revenues ranging from $1 million to $50 million and has the financial capabilities to invest up to $15 million of equity capital in any one transaction. Mr. Welch also currently serves on the boards of Action Resources, One Point Financial, Amerifactors, Inc., and Family Private Care. Previously, Mr. Welch was a partner at Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based, private equity investment firm. He also has managed the Atlanta office for Banc of America Securities. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with highest honors and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia where he is active within the charitable community.
