Tips for finding Solutions:

FAQ: Why do I have to register?
Your customers want to collect, verify, and monitor certain information about you to help them make better business decisions.
Each customer's decision process is different, so specific questions regarding why you are being asked to register should be directed to your customer contact. Many customers explain their logic in an "Executive Vendor Notice Statement" on the new user registration page of their Vendormate site.

Once you find your customer, click the "login" link to register, and follow the on-screen instructions. Please also see our registration tutorial which describes the steps and information necessary to register.

FAQ: What documents are required?
Because the documents required depend on your relationship with each of our customers, we cannot tell you in advance what you need to provide.
Log into the vendor website and update the information under "Change Your Business Relationship." The Required Documents tab that will show what documents you need to upload. Please make sure that you have uploaded all of the required documents.

FAQ: How do I upload documents?
- Scan and store an electronic image of your document on your computer.
- Log in to the vendor portal using your registered email address and password.
- In the Update Your Information section, select "Documents and Certifications."
- Find the appropriate document and select "Begin Action."
- Select "Browse." A "Choose File" window will open. Locate your document in that window, and select "save."
- Select "Save and Continue" on the Document Repository window, and you're done.

If you can't create an electronic version of your document, then fax the document to us with a system-generated personalized cover page. We will scan the faxed document and automatically add it to your registration. To obtain a personalized fax cover page:
- Log in to the vendor portal using your registered email address and password.
- In the Update Your Information section, select "Documents and Certifications.".
- Find the appropriate document and select "Begin Action."
- In the Document Information section, select the "cover page" link. A personalized fax cover page will open. Use the print function of your browser to print the fax cover page.

FAQ: What if I forgot or never received my password?
First, check your spam folder. Your password confirmation may have been directed there.
If your password isn't in your spam folder, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the log-in page. This will automatically email you a new temporary password. Log into the system with your temporary password. For your protection, do not copy and paste this password; type your password physically to avoid an error message. Your password is case sensitive. Once you log in, you will be prompted to change your password.

The same username and password will be used across all customers that use Vendormate for credentialing services; however, each vendor program has specific requirements and policy acknowledgements set by each of your customers. This requires that you complete a registration at each location.

Most often we see that the credit card being used is experiencing an issue with the credit card itself, and not the payment system. Please contact your credit card issuer and ask why your card is experiencing a problem. If you continue to have problems and it is not due to your credit card, please let us know.
If you are not sure who authorized charges or have further questions about a charge on your card, submit a support case.

Vendormate provides vendor credentialing and compliance monitoring solutions for the health care, financial, and retail industries. A credentialing fee is charged to the vendors for this service. Your company has registered with one of these institutions and your credit card was used to make the payment.
If you did not complete this registration it is likely that it was completed by someone else at your company. (e.g., an employee may complete a registration with his/her manager's credit card.)
If you are not sure who authorized charges on your card or have other payment questions, submit a support case.

Various factors could have resulted in your yearly company payment turning out differently. For example, in the past you may not have been doing business with that customer, while today you are an active vendor or are now providing the customer additional products/services.

Log into your customer's vendor portal, and click the "Change Your Business Relationship" link to update your information as neeeded. After you have updated the information, the tabs in the Document Repository will indicate which documents you need to upload.

Please log into your customer's vendor portal, and pay special attention to the red links, as these are areas that require more information to complete your registration. If there are no red links, there is no action needed on your part; your registration is complete and you have satisfied all requirements at this time.

Please print and use the fax coversheet found on the upload page within your customer's vendor portal. Please fill out all information, and use one fax coversheet per document that you are sending. Then fax your documents to the number indicated on the coversheet.

If you have checked your spam folder and do not have a password email there, please use the "Forgot your password?" link on the log-in page of your customer's vendor portal. This link will automatically email you a new temporary password. (Due to mail server traffic, please wait 5 mins for email delivery.)
Please do not copy and paste this password; type your password physically to avoid an error message.
Your password is case sensitive. After you log in, you will be prompted to change your password. Please be sure to add the vendormate.com domain to your spam settings so this email is not directed to your spam folder.

Get more support: Inviting a coworker to register
A registered representative with the same Tax ID has the option to invite others to register at no additional cost. You may do so by logging in to your customer's vendor portal and selecting the "Invite Company Representative" link on the left side of the page.
You will need to enter the to-be-invited representative's name and business email address. Inform the invitee that he/she will receive an email from vendormate.com (and to watch the spam folder) with a temporary password to the site. The invited representative can then log in and complete the registration.
