Mark Chapman Named Vendormate CFO
Atlanta, GA December 3, 2007 – Mark Chapman joined Vendormate, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer effective December, 2007. Mr. Chapman brings over 20 years of varied financial and operational leadership to Vendormate. Vendormate is a leader in vendor management solutions, providing cost-effective private-labeled solutions for Vendormate customers to manage the composition and risk of their supplier base.
Mr. Chapman has led all aspects of finance, accounting, HR, legal, operations, and IT. He has served as CFO for pre-revenue start ups to $100+ million revenue companies. His previous Atlanta-based companies include Spectra Precision Software, Technology Builders, Revenue Technologies and Stratix Corporation, where combined he helped raise more than $30 million in equity, debt and mezzanine financing.

In his CFO roles, Mr. Chapman has been on both the buy-side and sell-side of multiple M&A deals. Prior to his roles as CFO with these companies, Mr. Chapman was an audit manager in the technology group of KPMG's Atlanta office.
