Vendormate Appoints Mark Buffington to Board of Directors
Atlanta, GA March 15, 2007 – Vendormate, the vendor relations management expert for healthcare, announced today the appointment of Mark A. Buffington, Managing Director and CEO of Peachtree Financial Management, LLC, to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Buffington is the Managing Director and CEO of Peachtree Financial Management, LLC (PFM), an Atlanta-based registered investment advisory that he founded in 2005. PFM provides high-net worth investors and institutions with a unique blend of investment products, including private-equity investments. In addition to serving as a Vendormate Board Member, Mr. Buffington also serves on the Board of Directors of Ingenious Med, Inc., the inpatient practice management experts headquartered in Atlanta, GA.
Prior to forming PFM, Mr. Buffington was a General Partner and Managing Member of Phoenix Partners, LP, an equity options trading firm based in San Francisco. Before Phoenix Partners, Mr. Buffington worked at Citibank where he underwrote credits for small businesses and helped Citibank streamline its small business lending strategy through the use of credit scoring and advanced analytical tools. Mr. Buffington’s expertise in developing and optimizing funding led to a dramatic increase in loan production, portfolio performance, and division profitability.
